From Slavery to Service

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Transformed by faith. Your journey of faith is a transformative process that revolutionizes your life (Romans 12:2). It liberates you from self-centeredness and transforms you into a willing servant of God (Galatians 2:20). As a follower of Jesus Christ, you’re a recipient of His boundless grace (Ephesians 2:8-9) and called to a divine purpose: proclaiming the Gospel of Christ for God’s glory (Matthew 28:19).

Reflecting God’s love. This transformation is rooted in your surrender to God’s will (Luke 22:42), your embrace of humility (Proverbs 22:4), and your acknowledgment of your limitations (1 Corinthians 15:10). Through faith, you transition from living for yourself to living for God (2 Corinthians 5:15), reflecting His love and light to a world in need (Matthew 5:14-16).

The Call to Service

“And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.” (2 Corinthians 5:15)

Rescued and entrusted. Your Lord and Savior has rescued you from the darkness of this world (Colossians 1:13), entrusting you with the sacred task of sharing the Good News that transformed your life (Matthew 28:18-20). This mission embodies your transition from self-absorption to a life dedicated to serving God (Romans 12:1-2), reflecting the profound change when you embrace your role as Christ’s ambassador (2 Corinthians 5:20).

The call to serve. As God’s servant, you’re called to:

Living out your faith. This multifaceted calling challenges you to live out your faith in practical, impactful ways (James 1:22-25). You’ll continuously grow in your relationship with God (Psalm 119:105, 2 Peter 3:18) and positively influence those around you (Matthew 5:14-16).

Empowered by the Spirit

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

Empowered for purpose. The Holy Spirit empowers your calling (Acts 1:8), guiding you to faithful obedience for God’s glory (Romans 11:36). Through His guidance and strength, you’re equipped to fulfill your divine mission of spreading the message of salvation and hope (Matthew 28:18-20) to a world in need (John 3:16).

Living empowered lives. The Spirit’s empowerment manifests in various ways:

This divine empowerment enables you to live out your faith confidently and purposefully (2 Corinthians 3:5-6), transforming your own life (2 Corinthians 5:17) and touching those around you with Christ’s love and truth (Matthew 5:14-16).

From Slavery to Freedom

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36)

From bondage to freedom. Your faith journey is marked by a fundamental shift from self-focused to God-centered living (Romans 12:2), from bondage to freedom (Galatians 5:1), and from darkness to light (Ephesians 5:8). As you prioritize God’s will above your desires (Luke 22:42), you break free from sin’s chains (Romans 6:17-18) and embrace liberation in Christ (John 8:36).

Walking in God’s radiant presence. This transformation allows you to walk in God’s radiant presence (Psalm 89:15), reflecting His light to others (Matthew 5:14-16). Through surrendering to God’s will (James 4:7-8), you discover your true purpose:

This newfound freedom manifests as:

How It Relates To You

“But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:22-23)

Your transformation story. Are you feeling trapped in self-centeredness or yearning for a deeper connection with God? Jesus Christ offers you freedom from sin and self-absorption. Through faith in Him, you can break free from your past, find your purpose in serving God, and experience the Holy Spirit’s transformative power.

Your divine calling. As a follower of Jesus, you’re called to share the Gospel boldly and compassionately, demonstrate God’s love
