International Shipping

Shipping Responsibilities

We currently do not offer international returns due to high shipping costs, but we hope to change this soon. Please note that our store uses print-on-demand services like Printful and Printify, which have their shipping policies.

Shipping Times and Delays

International customers are responsible for paying applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees on their orders. Please get in touch with your local customs office for information on such details. Customers are also responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete.

Avoiding Delays

Provide a valid phone number where customs can reach you when your product arrives. Do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding duty and tax liability charges. Make sure to track your order and contact the carrier for any issues.

Refused Shipments

We do not reship orders or refund original shipping charges for goods refused at delivery or not picked up at customs due to customer error (e.g., invalid address). If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

International Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Understand that shipping rates might vary depending on the print-on-demand service used.

Print-on-Demand Services’ Policies

Printful and Printify, our print-on-demand services, do not offer returns or refunds for international orders due to customs or shipping issues. Please review their shipping policies for more information.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic (USA):

Flat rate starting at $4.50.

International:

Flat rate of $15 (additional duties and fees may apply at customs).

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

Except for canvas prints, we ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Order Cancellation/Modification:

Due to quick processing times, we cannot cancel or modify orders (domestic and international) after they are placed. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or is deemed undeliverable, we will notify you by email. We will reship the package, but the reshipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.

Please note that our store uses print-on-demand services like Printful and Printify, which have similar shipping policies: Calculated shipping costs, flat rate options available, supports APO/FPO/DPO addresses, limited order cancellation/modification, and reshipment options for undeliverable packages.

How Long Until I Receive My Order?

All our products are printed to order; when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you. Our production time is up to 10 business days, depending on the product type. 

Shipping Holiday Closings:

No orders will be shipped on these days in their respective countries, but they will process and ship the following business day: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Due to increased holiday volumes, orders may experience slight delays in processing or shipping. Our customer support team will be available with reduced hours during holiday periods; please check our website for specific hours. International holiday closures may affect shipping; please check our website for additional dates and details. Additional dates may be noted in the online store. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Timeline

Production Time:

Up to 10 business days, depending on the product type.

United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing and Shipping:

All orders ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. There are no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays (Australia time). You will receive an email notification when the order ships.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for shipping delays once orders leave their respective facilities. There are no refunds for shipping charges due to delays. Regarding holiday closures: No shipping on listed holidays, but orders will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Please note that our store uses print-on-demand services like Printful and Printify, which have similar production and shipping. timelines: 2-7 business days for production, 3-15 business days for shipping.

What is the Status of My Order?

Most of our products are printed to order and will ship after production, which can take up to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the tracking email in your inbox. Allow a few extra days for shipping and delivery, as times may vary. In rare cases, production and shipping may be delayed due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances.

Can I Track My Package?

You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped that will include tracking information, so please keep an eye on your inbox. Make sure to check the tracking details regularly for updates on the status of your package.

Several Orders for Various Products Have Been Placed, But Only Some Have Arrived; How Come?

Fruitful Kingdom doesn’t have all our products in one location, so when you order multiple items simultaneously, each item might be shipped separately. You should receive one item before the next. Don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once…they will get to you! Most of our items are shipped in the USA, so the time difference between arriving will be minimal. Please allow a few extra days for all items to arrive, as they may be shipped from different locations.

What About Order Modifications or Cancellations?

After placing your order, you have 12 hours to email us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, we’ve already started working on your order, and it is too late to cancel or modify it. To request changes, please email us with: name and email on the order, order number, and the changes that need to be made.

We’ll respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours. Please note that we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but due to our quick production and shipping times, we can’t guarantee modifications or cancellations.

I Never Received My Package, What Should I Do?

If your items have not arrived within:

Domestic (USA) Delivery Not Received:

45 days for domestic (USA) orders.

International Delivery Not Received:

60 days for international orders.

…after you order them, contact us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com, and we will do our best to help you! We know that, on occasion, a package can be lost in transit or undeliverable. If your package still has not arrived within our shipping guidelines timeframe, please: check your tracking information to see if there are any updates on the package’s status; and contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the package’s location.

If the package is still nowhere to be found, we’ll work with you to: resend the package (if possible), provide a refund or store credit (if applicable), investigate the issue with our shipping partners.

Please provide us with: your order number, your name and email associated with the order, a detailed description of the issue. Please note that in some cases, we may require additional information or documentation to process a reshipment or refund.

We’ll respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours and do our best to resolve the issue. Please be aware that reshipments or refunds may incur extra fees, which will be discussed with you on a case-by-case basis.

How Much Is Shipping for Returns?

For any approved returns, Fruitful Kingdom will email a shipping label. If you request a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of the label for your return, which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you request an exchange or store credit, there will be no fee for the return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you choose to return and not utilize the Fruitful Kingdom shipping label, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages. We recommend that you insure and track your package for the total value of the contents.

Returns & Refunds

At Fruitful Kingdom, we aim to support Christians in growing their mental and spiritual fruitfulness, enabling them to share the Gospel effectively. We strive to provide high-quality products and services that align with this mission. If you’ve encountered an issue or are dissatisfied with an item, we’re committed to resolving the problem promptly.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way. Refunds will be processed in the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.

Process for Initiating a Return or Refund

Contact us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Please note: personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds; and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Issues With Your Order

Important Note: Custom Printed Orders

Your order is explicitly custom-printed for you. We cannot be held responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose the correct style and fit. To assist you, we provide a size chart on each product page. Please ensure you review it carefully before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to: missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. To minimize errors, we verify shipping information with every customer through an order confirmation email sent immediately after ordering. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of reshipping the package.

Order Not Received

If your items have yet to arrive within 45 days, contact us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com or through our Contact page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors customers make when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

Damaged & Incorrect Order

Fruitful Kingdom strives to provide quality products and accurate orders. Nevertheless, if your product meets the following criteria, please get in touch with us, and we will replace your order as quickly as possible: the product itself is flawed, the print quality is poor, or the final product is different from the product presented on our website.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing that the product is flawed in some way, such as poor print quality or a different final product from the one presented on our website. Please email us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com, and we will organize a reprint for you!

Returns Process

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you’re not, please get in touch with us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused, in the same condition as received, unworn and unwashed (for clothing and accessories), and in original packaging.

Please Note

All sales are final after 30 days. We do not accept returns or exchanges for: personalized or customized items; items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration; items shipped outside the U.S. (unless defective or incorrect). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. We’ll process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days if approved.

Non-Personalized Returns

Fruitful Kingdom strives to deliver inspiration and happiness with every order. If you’re unhappy with any non-personalized item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Printful and Printify do not accept returns for personalized or customized items. Returns for non-personalized items are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. Fruitful Kingdom is only responsible for return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect.

Personalized Returns

Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. However, if your order has a defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please report any defects within 30 days of delivery.

If you’re unhappy with a personalized item order, please email us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com, and we will work with you to make things right.

We begin working on personalized items immediately, so cancellations are not accepted.

We do not take returns, but we will replace defective items or incorrect orders.

To Request A Replacement, Please Provide

To request a replacement, please provide a photograph showing the issue, your order number, or ensure the product was purchased within 30 days, is unwashed, unworn, and unused, and meets the defect criteria (defective product or printing, or differing from the ordered product).

Replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the required information.

We do not charge restocking fees for defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include, sales items (only regular-priced items can be refunded), gift cards, downloadable software products such as eBooks, and some health and personal care items (please get in touch with us for specifics).

To Complete Your Return, We Require

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If

Partial refunds may be granted if your items are damaged, have missing parts, or if there are obvious signs of use.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply (please get in touch with us for details).

We Will

We will notify you once we receive your returned item. We will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. We will Issue a refund to the original payment method within a certain number of days (if approved). We will then deduct return shipping costs from the refund (if applicable).

Please Note

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Please keep your tracking number, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Restocking fees may apply (please get in touch with us for details).

A Note on Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. The refund will be sent to the original purchaser if the item wasn’t marked as a gift.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you’re expecting a refund but haven’t received it, please follow these steps: recheck your bank account to ensure the refund has yet to be posted; contact your credit card company to see if the refund is pending; reach out to your bank to check for processing time; if you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at jesse@fruitfulkingdom.com.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Weekends, holidays, and bank processing times may cause delays. We’ll gladly assist you if you’ve completed these steps and still need to receive your refund.

Defective or damaged items:
